The tracking and notification procedures function in two phases:
- As lien and suit deadlines approach, NCS provides a special “Action Required Report.” This report highlights the next required action—whether it is a preliminary notice, lien, bond claim or suit—and lists the deadlines.
- NCS provides direct customer assistance. Our support team’s responsibility is to doubly ensure your notice, lien and suit deadlines will not be missed once the initial information is received in our office.
This service is free for all subscribers to The National Lien Digest© who request a notice, lien or bond claim service through NCS. Otherwise, tracking is available for a minimal flat fee.
